Richard Lee
Richard has an extensive experience in both corporate finance and corporate development. For RJSL, Richard served as the CFO to over a dozen privately held companies in the United States, Canada, Europe and South America in technology development, healthcare, professional services, real estate and staffing industries. Under his leadership, they have diversified revenue streams; managed risks; achieved quality growth and negotiated various liquidity events. Prior to launching RJSL, Richard managed M&A and other corporate development activities for Orbitz as a Director in its Strategic Development Group. He also served as the Controller of its B2B division. Prior to Orbitz, Richard was a Management Consultant with Diamond Technology Partners where he served clients and assisted Diamond in launching its European and Asian practices. Richard started his career as a commissioned officer in the United States Army where he jumped out of planes and blew things up over a dozen deployments to Europe, Asia and Central America.
Richard holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and also earned MA Economics and MPA from the University of Oklahoma during his time in the service. He completed his undergraduate studies in engineering at West Point.
Scott Bielke
Scott Bielke is a senior finance and business executive with 19+ years of experience in finance and technology operations. Scott has a track record of leveraging financial operations and controls to manage risks, drive quality growth and enhance organizational efficiency and productivity. He has assisted start-up, middle market, and Fortune 500 companies especially with financial and compliance issues. Scott is recognized as a hardworking, innovative, honest and committed team player with diverse experience in leading and working with multi-functional teams. In addition to his current association with RJSL, Scott is a Partner, CFO and Principal Consultant with Brighton Leadership Group, a strategic team of consultants, coaches, trainers and speakers who assist organizations create and execute the optimal plan for achieving their business objectives. Prior to RJSL and Brighton Leadership, Scott served in various roles, from Principal Consultant to Managing Director for Adams Harris, Jefferson Wells and Deloitte Consulting in internal audit, financial accounting, controllership and practice director capacities. Jim Rosenberger
Jim Rosenberger is a senior level finance executive with extensive financial control, business management and IT systems experience. He also has a significant international experience including leading globally disbursed cross-functional teams.
Jim’s other experiences include Controllership of The Envestnet Group; CFO of Duff & Phelps; Associate Director of SBC Warburg; General Accounting Manager of Rand McNally; Accounting Manager of Goss; and Senior Auditor for Deloitte Consulting.

Jeff Pryzybl
Jeff Przybyl is a seasoned finance professional with expertise in SEC and financial reporting; budgeting and variance reporting; asset-inventory control; GAAP; IPO investments; regulatory compliance; 401K; ESOP; G&A management; and portfolio management. He has successfully implemented financial operational changes to improve revenues, increase margins and reduce costs, leading to turnarounds and increased portfolios for several financial institutions. Recognized for ability to support new business and growth opportunities while ensuring regulatory requirements were satisfied, Jeff possess deep, on-the-ground experience in automating reporting processes, financial reporting, forecasting and variance analysis. Prior to his association to RJSL, Jeff has served as the CFO for JLS/TB Investors; CFO for Alliance Federal Savings Bank; CFO for Preferred Savings Bank; and various line finance and accounting roles with Concordia Federal. Created financial model for regulatory submission upon purchase of a Chicago area thrift. During process of bidding on a $35M Chicago area thrift, created model for submission to regulatory agency and for budgeting purposes.

Managed re-allocation of funds to increase interest income 10% annually at Alliance Federal Savings Bank. Monitored monthly and annual cash flows which allowed bank to reduce its investment portfolio by 50% and re-allocate funds into the loan portfolio, contributing to a 10% increase in interest income annually over a three year period.

Increased non-interest income 40% while improving controls at Alliance Federal Savings Bank. After regularly scheduled regulatory exam, transferred item processing function from branch office Teller Department to Accounting Department. Implemented new policies and procedures to resolve regulators’ concerns of item processing function resulting in improvements to management oversight and controls of item processing. Fee income increased 40% in one year, with no additional personnel expenses.

Oversaw implementation of WAN and conversion of data centers, decreasing data processing expense 75%. Upon purchase of Preferred Savings Bank, retained by Alliance Federal Savings Bank and assigned to lead team which chose data processing vendor to consolidate separate data processing contracts. Eliminated duplicate processor, integrated separate general ledger systems and decreased data processing expense over 75%, while implementing high speed internet access and integrated telephone voice service to both offices.

Developed partnership that generated a 60% increase in net income for Preferred Savings Bank, a $90M institution. Company was over-capitalized after finishing its IPO and was having trouble raising deposits in its local market. Signed up with a nationwide CD network to attract time deposits throughout the US. Bank was able to attract over $14M in less than nine months, with no impact on its pricing of local deposits.

Raised $21M through the IPO of Preferred Savings Bank, a $55M Chicago area community bank. Bank was looking to go public to offer employees an equity stake in company. Worked with external auditor, investment banker and outside legal counsel, developing prospectus for IPO.

Raised $21M through successful IPO, including a $2M ESOP. Employees received ESOP benefits of approximately two times salary, while shareholders received $14.00 per share and $6.35 in dividends over a five-year period on a $10 initial investment. Raised interest income 20% on Alliance Federal Savings Bank funds. Company's correspondent banking relationship was not offering the convenience for the cost. Moved the banking relationship from a Chicago area commercial bank to the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Interest income on available funds increased 20%, banking fees decreased 12% and the bank gained additional functionality and quicker access to funds.
Jeff holds an MBA from Governors State University. He completed his undergraduate studies also from Governors State University receiving BA in Accounting and Finance.
David Wright
David Wright is a senior finance and accounting professional with 20+ years of experience in public accounting, corporate and small-business environments. His vast experiences include CFO / Controller function with cross-functional experience in information technology, office administration and human resources. Prior to RJSL, David has served in numerous CFO / Controller capacity for various companies including LiquidTalk, RSM McGladrey, Hospitality Accounting Services, and Intercon Research.
