Richard started RJSL Group from his kitchen table in 2007 and leads its transactions advisory engagements. Prior to RJSL, Richard led M&A and corporate development activities for Orbitz. Prior to Orbitz, he was a manager with Diamond Technology Partners. Richard started his career as a commissioned officer in the United States Army. Richard holds graduate degrees from Carnegie Mellon and Oklahoma University, and a bachelor’s from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
Paul leads RJSL Group’s procurement services. A consummate entrepreneur, Paul also founded management consulting and procurement services firms including PCR Consulting and Green Market Strategies. Paul cut his teeth in professional services at Alvarez & Marsal, Oliver Wyman, and Charles River Associates. Paul holds graduate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s from Indiana University.
Reggie leads all technology engagements for RJSL Group. Another consummate entrepreneur, Reggie founded technology development and infrastructure support outfits including RHI and PARR. Reggie cut his teeth as a systems engineer with ShopLocal and Academy of Nutrition and Diatetics and as a tech engineer with AT&T and 3Com. He will proudly tell you all about his time as an airline reservation's agent straight out of school. Reggie holds a bachelor’s from DeVry University.
Praveen leads all HR and organizational change management engagements for RJSL Group and serves as the president of Alrek Business Solutions. Yet another consummate entrepreneur, Praveen owns several 7-Eleven and White Hen Pantry convenience stores serving the western suburbs of Chicago. Praveen holds bachelor’s from Osmania University in India and much like Richard, immigrated to the states at a tender age of 10.
